The problem is that it might change, and i know sparrers extremely well and what they want. Sparrers always want higher manuverability options. Your buddy seems to be keen on removing it too in the thread. Lemme give you a tip what i learned about players and weapons. 99% of them have absolutely no idea what they are talking about, i have a feeling that you and your bud are one of them. If you want further proof. Go ahead and make the LR, metallic, er beam, enranged all copies of top tier weapons and remove the reload freeze, your going to further increase combat time and make the game revolve even more around running than it already is. I guarentee you that is whats going to happen. If you want to make no reload freeze a thing. Then you would either need to speed up the bullets dramatically, or increase damage drastically to a base line of like 20. Even then, running would still be a powerhouse strat but at least if you screwed up you would be punished extremelly hard for it.
