It's annoying as all get out. I will warn players if they keep doing it around me or ban them for a couple minutes if they are really interrupting something, like an event or announcement by Staff of some sort.

Yeah blocking against Cruxis is fine. Magic NO WAY D00D!  

And this is why having a written set of rules with catergorys for the punishments would be a good thing. Quick, easy, and makes the whole moderating process much clearer and agreed upon,  

Its really common in CoM only because people set PMs from friends only because there is a hell of alot of spam XD

Well common sense would tell me I can do it, while every other reply says I can't. :p  

I meant chat blocking is illegal. Any form of tinkering that extends your life beyond three swings like that is illegal. First you are warned and unstuck, second time you are banned

Well, if it's been a part of graal for years, hundreds of people have done it, and I've never heard of anyone being banned for it, what would common sense tell you?
