Thats a very true point. Maybe spar rewards could stay if they set up a script to detect the boosting or whatever.

That could come with its own set of complications. You're asking a system to decide wether the player is boosting and then auto-jail or auto-kick right? Then it would presumably still trigger the script if one of the players is AFK or lagging when the spar started (which happens relatively frequently). What I would suggest doing is to simply create a script that would auto-report the player when they're *believed* to be boosting, and then leave it to the discretion of the ZP team to handle it from there.
In my opinion, the Shangri-La layout is one of the worst things about Zone. There's only one building type, and it feels very constricted. It's a very linear world, so it leaves no room for exploration. The 360° shooting doesn't work that well because it's so cluttered with random NPCs and the surrounding walls. And the vehicles we have are almost useless -- I can't even use the bikes to travel because I always get stopped by those sideways escalators -- same for the jetpack now.
