It's a leopard gecko. An iguana would be nice but where I live is too cold for it to go outside over half of the year.

No, the majority are not into beastiality or gay. I'm not denying a large group of them could be, and I know for a fact at least 1 must have been,

That's the thing. Feline nipples would not be sexual to us, two rows of multiple small teats isn't sexy to us. Female breasts are. That's what our brain detects and thats why people react to it like they would to a drawing of a naked girl.
