Yes. Btw letters are just from a-f and numbers 0-9  

Sure but check on ifile the personal uploads it showes ur pc number the most doing a transfer... like fanta did steal julius acc  

it also has to do with the email. idiots make their graal email acounts passwords stuff like their username or graalonline and its easy to guess. then they can basically take over your email account and take your vip onto their device.

Basicly I think every Graalian uses his private account. But if they also get that password. After that happened to you, you just wait till they log off, take over your account, pull out your finger of your nose and tap revoke accounts and confirm it in your email. If they changed the password, every Email Server provides a service to restore your email with information they sent you when you created your email. If you don´t have it anymore, get used to it that you just lost your account.  

My e-mail password is too hard to get it out
Only when they will make a fake google page to get my pasword out but that would be to dump xD  

also aparently if you buy vip there is no way to get it transferred back to your normal account

Uhhh I think I mentioned that I want an option to transfer back  

Why when the vip over ist than you can only login on the last device who you have played and you can't anymore to the facebook/iphone server back
the same on the ipod acc?!?  

I deactivated my VIP so no one can hack in
