IMO all you need is:
-1 a good weapon (Bar/Thompson/Ab8/M4/Sten). You got the m4.
-2 a good melee (I'd try to find a 9 damage dagger-style melee(I have been using my hunter knife(20 ec) for almost 2 years now, best melee ever) The xmas candycane melee is good too. Any melee that's dagger-style+9 dmg is good.
-3 Artillery Canon/Candy Bazooka/ Taco bazooka, any "RPG".

All you need is one gun, one melee and one rpg.
I'd buy the candy zooka, try get a good melee.(Hunter/Kiwi)

You can't. It was sold for Cinco de Mayo only. It might be sold again this year, however, or maybe something similar to it.  

How much did it cost, roughly?
