No one forced you to pay for a guild house. Nor would anyone force you to pay for a public house if they (very unlikely managed to) come out. Also, how would people steal your farm if it's public? It would be mostly your fault if someone managed to walk away with all your hard work because you forgot to lock them. Some people on here would like to show off their hard spent gralats. As if there was that much other use for it other than for hats which could also be displayed in homes.

Dear private derp, it's facepalm not faceplam. Anyway, a guild house is what you paid for, a guild house is what you received.
