They won't change anything because of custom bodies. Might as well soak 10k from your balance for a new color rather than change things around.

unfortunatly it doesnt seem like this would be possible, i guess they could just make the text say tan instead of orange, but its actually set as orange. i dont see how they can change it, would probably screw up alot of already existing things.

Isn't there anyway to add a whole new set of pallettes? They could have a box you could click on to open the original color pallete and another box to open the new one.

They could keep the skin colour "orange" and just add a colour called "dark orange". No need to change what is already there.

That about sums it up! Use custom bodies for anything else if you really want to. Doubt administration would change the color options from tradition from a single server. |

Of course, the argument can be made that the quality of servers are generally better when the chat commands are eliminated and replaced with buttons - it's just more professional and looks better in my opinion - this is a part of Graal and it would actually help the server. Plus it isn't right not being there . (At least setattr's... sethead and stuff could be changed so if you tried to set your head to a head that isn't already available to you it could give you a message saying that "head### isn't available to you.)

I see now, thanks. Maybe an option next to the color like "More Colors"? That's what I would like to see. Following up on MattKan's post about the setcoat, setnick, setskin, etc. commands, I think the platform may be a factor. As opposed to the computer, iDevices are owned by people of all different ages, and the app is not restricted to a certain age group. Seeing as some very young players may be confused by this type of command, the interface may purposely look more friendly to anybody who picks up the game. This includes menus, guilds, profiles, etc. On a side note, if you try setnick on the iPhone and Facebook servers, the text doesn't appear, just as it behaves when you unstick, showlag, setsword, or setshield. However, setnick does not work. Obviously, something is scripted in there, just not completed! |
