I voted yes because I like it when things happen.  

I don't really care either way, but it is something which comes up in feedback a lot. The poll shouldn't really make any difference to those that aren't interested in guild sparring.

Pros:

• More centralized location for sparring activities.
• Greater convenience for those who spar to switch from 'single' to 'guild' sparring. It is inconvenient to have to travel from the Battle Arena to Swamp Town just to simply check if there's people guild sparring.

Cons:

• Increased lag.
  • Lag on Classic is generally caused by mass huddling in one area. The guild spar has two rooms which are generally 20-30 people at their peak. This is nothing compared to areas such as Graal City and the Burger Refuge. Moreover, it is an interior level so there is no reason as to why it would increase the traffic of Graal City or anything silly like that.
  
  
• Removes a feature from Swamp Town and therefore the 'spread' of content. One less reason to visit Swamp Town.
  • I don't believe in pandering to people's laziness. However, the guild spar is hardly ever used and it has been like this since before I started playing. Swamp Town is always populated due to its ability to farm, its baddies, and the giant slime. One less building in that area isn't going to change it at all.

So ya, I think the 'concerns' are weak, but I don't believe that it will magically revive guild sparring either. I won't be voting because it isn't something that will affect my playing and should be up to those that it does.

This is another reason i voted "no" that i forgot to state. I dont want all the content clustered in one spot just for "convenience" (people being too f***ing lazy to travel. Soon noobs will be begging for all 7 forts to be moved into graal city).

Can we just scrap every other town and make paths to the towers and hatshops? That's all that's left..

Do I think more people will be guild sparring?

Maybe the first few days. But there will be an excessive amount of Burger Refugees lurking in the Battle Arena where we all stand, AFK, and chat with our online friends so we can discuss how many rare hats we have and how big of an accomplishment it is to our lives because we are all heading to college and still plan to play Graal so why not just keep talking about hats, seeing that is our most proud accomplishment.

You can ignore the last half of all that..  

If admins can make a volcano where the guild spar arena used to be,count me in.That's a yes.

The guild forts are actively used though?

That wasnt my point. I was sarcastically saying that forts would be more convenient in Graal Coty because people are too lazy to travel. Snowtown Fort is the least popular because of the distance. Anyway, I voted "no" to advocate for spread of content.

I don't remember seeing these pro's and con's being posted by the poll on fb,but they should have because from what I seen alot of ppl voted no simply because they thought it would create more lag. I was one of those ppl. I still think it will Cause more of a build up of ppl outside the battle arena.

I also thought it would be nice if the GST was spread out more over the whole weekend. Like start friday evening and end Sunday Night/evening.  

Wait, why don't we just test it in-game instead of doing a poll, which really doesn't include everyone's opinion, since it's on Facebook. I mean, that's what happened when staff tried putting a PK zone outside the Burger Refuge, and that idea got scrapped faster than a defective iPad. Even though it got the most positive votes on Facebook.  

guild sparring is so irrelevant and casual that it doesn't matter to me, but if it'll bring more people to the spars then that's cool
if it does happen though, would like to see it complimented with appropriate changes to the way the singles leaderboards work

getting in game polls to see what people think of new ideas would be good for the game.
they could do it every gst when everyone is on. they could send an admin msg with the poll in it to make it convenient and fast if its possible.  

Theres no need to wait for a GST to do an in-game poll. We all know if the news is updated the mass crowd will assemble in less than a minute at the specified location.

I dont believe my precious community is so lame that they will rush a certain place just because of a news update.
