VIP is optional. Some people love bigger hosues e when they run out of space

One thing that would be difficult to overcome is what happens when you lose VIP.

Maybe when they lose VIP, there will be a restore furniture button in the mansion tab of the menu? That way they can get their furniture back without rebuying.

One thing that would be difficult to overcome is what happens when you lose VIP.

^I think a lot of ppl over looked or forgot about that. Maybe instead VIP could allow you to have more editing options on your house/guild house like it does with player customization.

I also think it wouldn't hurt if you have VIP you get a discount on uploading in general. It wouldn't have to be that big of a discount say like 1k or 10% off all head/body uploads. Quite frankly 20k is way to high of a price just to upload a custom head.
