Ever considered seeing a psychologist?  

This is not a new job concept lol. You introduced this to the community a long time ago and a few people liked it but the majority of the players didnt like it so much. Think of something new and share your ideas with us.

More ideas: construction yard
Player notices the construction workers building a new shop/house/idklol
Player wanders intot he construction yard and knocks over a can of pain which makes one of the workers slip and get injured
NPCs gather around their injured team member and start talking
the boss comes out of his office and demands player works in the injured workers place
Player starts by hammering and eventually can work on other jobs
Ex:painting
Mix cement
Build fence
Put in screws
Cleaning
Getting donuts/coffee for the team

Hah, good idea, too much work. It'll never get done.  

What I just tell these kinds of players; if they can script and make the levels themself, it will be added in the game.

However, I don't have that kind of power on Zone. x_x

Although the idea is that they realise how insane their idea was, and quit.

I do, but I'm a noob, no surprise there. if you think about it zone is just a smaller era with small changes.
