Because guild homes are only open to 25 people, and other wise they would just Mansions.
I honestly don't know anyone who uses a guild home for "parties" or whatever.

Only time I see it is on special occasions like someones birthday or when the guild hits a milestone (1k)

That's why I want to see a third type or "classification" of house that's larger like guild houses but can be open to the public. I do think it's good to have a "guild house" for your guild to gather at times,and that's only accessible to members of the guild and/or allies. But IMO those should be more of a shared community place. Meaning anybody could place,move,or edit furniture there and possibly include a few amenities the other houses do not have.

I wouldn't be too surprised if we eventually got at least 1-2 deluxe house types that would be on the pricey side to purchase but be huge and be able to open it to the public. Personally I would love to own my own little castle,or tower.

True,however what would be the reason of having your own towers without ppl? But honestly, it would be cool to have a cattle that nobody else could enter, even better own. I think that it would be best to have a party zone for the public reason. But that's just my opinion, you know. @ufobarun

Or you could make GH mini games - like freeze tag, where guild members could be sorted into teams to go after the fort??

OR WHAT ABOUT IF GUILD HOUSES WERE FORTS TO TAKE OVER!?  

I didnt mean a tower or castle in the guild towering sence. Just as in living quarters  

Here's a question: Does anybody know what the exact amount of words or letters are you can use when writing on a piece of furniture? or is there a limit?  

It's a character limit... as to the exact count, I have no idea... I do know that inputting 'codes' includes the html characters in the limit (the < , > , and the like)
