^I like your posts. They are witty and insight full. and usually hilarious.

OT: If your trying to simulate CTF in your house. I would actually recommend using two different color or styles soccer balls and having to move them from one side to the other in to an area marked off with fences and some other type of furniture. It would be nice if there was some kind of smallish furniture you could pick up and run around with and not have it shatter or de-spawn when you throw it.

You can use push and pull items aswell  

All we need is a gralat/stat/point incentive. Thats all it needs for it to be popular

I didn't use push/pull items because it seems to be fairly slow to move them. That's why I say we need something we can pick up and move with more freely.
I just don't think a CTF type thing works well if your goal is to pull something from one side of the screen to the other before someone else.

No because the numbers before it was closed showed how important it is. Now people just want to play it because they can't anymore.

graals new content has always tended to do this, players play the content get bored of it and the numbers slouch off. The issue is CTF tends to be rather bland when everyone drops it, i think converting it into an event would fix the numbers problem and renew it with new life.

IIRC, there already was a gralat prize, like 30 gralats for winning.

However Railroads are entering the last legs of development so I haven't the time to look at CTF. If I get some free time though maybe I'll check alternative safe fixes.

Dusty, if you do re-implement CTF, it might help to add maps or something to make more people play. Maybe a "special event" that happens every week or a leader board can keep people playing it.

Yeah but like somthing more incentive.... You'd make more farming and a lot more doing pyrat.  

I always wanted a guild tourn of ctf maybe that could be an incentive to revive it i used toonly play for ctf  

If their is gonna be a tournament based off ctf maybe the ctf place itself should be a practice arena. People will go to it since the fact if they become good at ctf they could win the tournament which causes a cycle.

I agree that it would certainly help if there where different maps or areas to choose from to play in. I also think they need to change the rewards system as well. What where we getting before 10-20 gralats if you where on the winning team? Thats kind of a crappy incentive. Who would want to play a mini game for so little? I'm not saying they would have to give out big gobs of gralats to winners. Just higher than that say 50-100 gralats to each member of the winning team. I think they could give out gralats for certain accomplishments during matches as well. For example: An extra 20 gralats for successfully capturing an oppentents flag,and returning it to your base. An extra 5 for pking an opposing player that captured your flag.

^I'm okay with your suggested scenario as well. I was thinking of it to. I think it would be more viable to do with a mini game set up like CTF that is centered around multi-person play. Where you could cheat a system set up like sparring that can and is easily manipulated beings that it is centered around One V One matches.
