This is a pretty serious problem. Players may have spent real money to buy these items and they have a right to be annoyed at a problem of this caliber. It seems as if the support site is not working so I think the staff team should investigate the matter. It is only fair to the players.

I have emailed multiple times, staff won't respond. I have already seen people contact Apple.

I'll try talking to PD about how Zone can quickly and effectively give back robots that were lost.
