If there were two guilds and one planned to lose all spar matches and a bet is always placed on the same team they could make alot of money. If the bet they placed wins, they get double the money. They can also bet on how much time it will take, which player kills the most people, and who dies first/last.

Remove the ability to bet on oneself would be the only way to avoid that form of abuse in this system.

What if you there was a room dedicated to pay for spar? For example, players would have to pay 100 gralats to be placed in the queue, once that player is put against it's oppenent, they battle it out and whoever wins gets their money back, plus the 100 the other player put in. Maybe 100 gralats isn't enough for players put in a risky situation, perhaps 200 or even larger amounts could add an incentive. Just an idea though.
