I don't see why a country leader board is needed

So players can see how they rank locally. its like every MMOG has that leaderboard feature, even Clash of Clans, and Osu has it.

This in a way can help Graal players get a highscore easier, which means more players are actually going to be more immersed in the game of Player killing, Baddy killing and sparring

Unless there is some kind of incentive i doubt it.

The leaderboard is the incentive for many players. for example the daily PK leaderboard the most supporting motivation for casual player killers. Being on a list and having players acknowledge your name because of your effort is the best incentive
