Does it work outside of your house?  

Do you get anything other than those 8 hats?  

Wow the little helper snowmen aren't even spawning anymore for me x.x  

Worked fine for me yesterday. I did it in my house, too.

By bug you mean making snowmen in your house, yeah. I got the orange hat from it.

*TIP/BUG*One way to conserve snowballs is by dropping several snowballs at once into a small group (shown below).Tap the group untill they become several snowmen bases. Now you will only need one snowball to make the torso of the several bases and one snowball to make the heads of the bases aswell.
