I don't know how some of you can find towering fun when there isn't anything interesting about it. You're literally standing in a fort, watching over a flag for X amount of hours, and get rewarded at 1K, 5K, 10K. The pace can either go slow or fast depending how organized and efficient the guild is. The only thing I can see that's beneficial of towering is that you get to meet people from different places and build those connections but other than that, I don't see how it's fun.

*cough*Elysium*cough* which is probably why I keep at it. I get your point though, it does get very repetitive and boring at times. |

I actually was taking a break from towering at the time, just hanging out in social guilds. One of my friends told me I should apply for GP. The whole reason I "retired" was because I had such limited free time to devote to being on. So yeah, now I'm back to towering/getting serious about PKing with the time I do have. |

Towering is fun in social aspects too, as Xeria said. You can make some nice friends and just chat whilst holding a tower. Holding a tower off from a massive wave of people is fun & if you're holding it off with few members is also fun too! It improves your skills as a sparrer and a pker. |

Would implementing a rule where if no members of the holding guild were in the flag room level, the fort switches to the guild who has the most members in the level after 20 seconds? This would make survival a key part rather than noob recruits; its just an idea. Thoughts?

There's always the chance that those "noobs" will leave after you recruit them (happens a lot in the guilds I tower with), but I'm not sure if that's a big enough chance. But, if the noobs aren't very good at towering, the guild holding the tower could probably be very quickly overtaken by a smaller guild with more experienced players. I see that happen a lot at MoD. |

Towering doesn't need to be changed, the entire guild system itself needs to be changed in a way that punishes guilds for unnatural/negative behavior and rewards guilds for natural/positive behavior - it will happen eventually

My thoughts on towers... hmm. They're big! and looks like castles! and has alot of floors! and Rapunzel was trapped in one! and They towers in graal! and They're built by hoomans. This obviously not off topic.
