I might've been interested in paid work, but this thread is kind of putting me off. Perhaps you should give a better description of the position, for example the kind of code we'd be writing, the hours required, is it permanent or temporary, and an email to apply to rather than posting in a thread or PMing someone on a forum. The more professional you make your hiring look, the more professional applicants you'll receive. If you post a rushed advertisement, expect the experienced developers to ignore it and look somewhere else.
