Lmao, why does there have to be so many types of IPs. This is why i use a VPN because i got DDoS'd by Blurb from iZone. But he sucked doing it. LOL.
But if you want to change your Internet IP and Static IP. You're most likey to contact your Internet Service Provider. But if they want you to buy something to change your Static IP and Internet IP then it's a rip off, just find a other way. But if or once you have you're Static IP and Internet IP changed. Get a VPN quick, other else you would have to go through this progress again.

Yes. A VPN just hides your IP from whoever you're connecting to by acting as a middleman in which you connect to through an encrypted connection. If someone already knows your IP, they can flood your network.

OP, just turn off your modem, wait 1 minute, then restart it and you should have a new IP. Most ISPs give dynamic IPs to consumers.

Correct, but if they do know you're IP already then you're screwed mate.

This just changes the private LAN IP. Your IP over the internet will still be the same.

Your best bet will be contacting your ISP and request an IP change. In most circumstances (IF your ISP uses dynamic ip) you can turn off your modem for 24 hours and your IP will change.

Just unplug modem when you go to bed. Plug it back in when you wake up. Someone would have grabbed your old IP by then.  

turn off modem
turn back on
go check your ip on google ("whats my ip")
done

The thing about single computer dos attack is that it's not effective and is a two way road. So whatever. Ddos is a different story, but I doubt anyone here would fall victim to that.  

Normally you dont have a fixed IP adress which means it changes everytime.

You can use Tor to hide your IP but remember that no one cares about to be honest. A DoS does nothing while good DDoS services are paid ones and a waste of time.

Or u could you know login into your router at 3 am in the morning, then release and renew till you"re issued a new external ip. While unplugging your router will do the same thing i found this method to be more effective. Then proceed to uninstall Skype from ALL devices in your house.
