My suggestion, change your name to something more original, or add numbers to it so if someone shows up with an identical name, you have a more definitive arguement.

Technically speaking, no one owns the rights to their nicknames.
You may have used the name first, but it doesn't mean you have copyright status over that name.

The only way to prevent this... There should be 1 username for all, like on online games on PC. If the username is already taken you can't use that name.

Rule for this:

NO changing of username.

This can help too in finding a scammer, glitchers, hackers.

Staff should take action, report them for it, if staff impostors get punished then so should these others. Gps need to do this work, its what they signed up for and why they have that power. Instead of making things "legal" actually do something about it.

The reason you aren't allowed to impersonate staff is because staff have to help players out on a daily basis and they would rather not have players going to fake staff only dressed up as them to get wrong info that's misleading and could potentially get that player into some bother.

Yeah, this kid named "Gamelover" copied my name, and I spoke to him. He removed a and put er to make everyone think he's so cool. I wish he would stop it. I was the first to put it as my name. I just wish he wouldn't make his name so similar to mine.
