So Beta Testing has now been introduced to the public. I am currently on an android phone and have no clue on how to sign-up, or whether staff just qualify you later on, and you decide to sign up or not. Maybe it's because I am not on my ipad. If anyone knows how to sign up, please post the instructions.

This is a great way to know what the majority would want. While also letting your players in on improving the quality of the game. Great job staff.

iClassic is optimized for idevices, that's why. It's easier to make everything work how it should on the almost same device each year, rather than patch a lot across multiple new devices.

Android has better specs, sometimes larger display, it has larger resolution, it is more open than ios, and there is versatility rather than sticking to one single company. That's why.

I was thinking the same thing, but most of the community is ios. Also, I think the game is optimized for ios, so there is also that. Hence the name, iClassic.  

I opted in the beta testing and can't wait for it.

as for the participate not showing up i play zoomed out all the time and it wasnt showing up, so i tryed it zoomed in and participated showed up so if you play zoomed out maybe trying zooming in and see if it shows up  

The words "spar instant matchmaking" would be an autocorrect by now if Aguzo typed this on his phone it's been said so much lol.

On topic, my primary concern is the selection process. As has been stated, we don't want people who idled to 250 hours and know nothing about this. I'm sure they have thought of this so I'm not expecting it to happen, though it's a concern in the back of my mind.  

There will be people with 250 hours+, new players = fresh ideas, and different thinking. People who don't know what the general population want tend to think outside the box, so nubs shouldn't be restricted from beta testing. Obviously, there will be veterans who will participate in the beta as well.
And no, they are not on autocorrect, rarely ever use my phone for graalians. I will always bring it up in a suggestion box, because I don't like waiting for long queues, possibly losing, requeue again and wait another 5 mins, because everyone wants to hang out in streak room. When we could have an endless supply of warpable arenas.  

I'm guessing the "8.1 iOS" limitation is its own sort of beta test. Maybe once they get in the swing of things with these beta testers they'll start branching out to other devices, but since iOS is probably the most popular for graal players that's what they'll use first.
