On topic: I think the heavy boots will be used to weigh you down to walk in the desert.
The Pegasus Boots (one with wings) will allow you to sprint at high speeds.
I'm pretty sure the green ones have a symbol going down meaning gravity (Iron boots), so to walk in the desert storm.
Not sure what the bomb boots will do, maybe explode at the bottom and make you jump a long distance?

They are all cosmetic. But if you want one go for the ice boots.

The opposite boots allow you to walk backwards which can help while sparring. Ice boots should make you slide, can have benefit

Nah the jumping is reserved until we can buy feathers and upgrade to capes!
