Nice idea but we can't just get people like us to vote we need like actual noobs. It sounds dumb but noobs (not to be harsh) won't be focusing on every little detail but the hat it self. So voting is free you can only vote twice for each section and there obviously shouldn't be a sign up but there needs to be some way to avoid any people who vote more than the restricted number.

Oh and one more idea: There should be an npc somewhere in graal city which should say something along the lines of "hey, come grab me" and once the player grabs it they should be redirected to the site with everything explained just my personal ideas

Well... They still will be random and it's not like there's going to be only like two hats. So i would say there would be a 20 hats to look forward too and it may be a bigger surprise because players are mainly excited for one or two hats

No, there is a thread, at least this year, there everyone posted their GFX submittions.

Good point, but still with over 2000+ people on at most of the time, I don't think someone would go and make 3000 accounts.

Fair point, but there's also a lot of submissions that don't get posted there and you'll never know which ones get chosen.

I think players picking the hats and knowing which category it is in will just make this gift4gift thing even worse.
