Goals:

- Have fun

That's about it. Setting goals based on numbers takes away from enjoying the game. If I'm in the mood to PK, I'll PK. If I want to spar, I'll spar. There's no reason to make a checklist of pointless goals. It turns Graal into more of a job than a game.
