Money can't buy friends. I suggest not giving them money

Lol I only talk to 2-3 people in each of my classes. Just don't buy them food, eventually they will realize they can't get any food off of you and move on to someone else. Don't be snobby, more people will ask you to borrow money and some other people will probably find you annoying no offence.

Just don't be afraid to say no to them.

I said No to someone and.. he started begging so I just said No again, then he said fine we're FO (Friendship Over) and I just called him a beggar and we never spoke for the rest of the day. (This was today, or awhile ago.)

Like the others have said above, why the **** would you give them your money or buy them anything? If they isolate you from their group just because you refuse to buy them things, then they aren't your so call "friends". They are messing with your business and future success; why feed them? You are rich, but only because you worked hard for that wealth. Who gives a **** about school spotlights? You go there to learn, not to receive fame.

Sorry, I was kinda angry at those stupid kids so I kinda slipped out a few explicit words, but don't be afraid of turning down people's requests if they're unreasonable.

I didn't give anyone free food or money today no one was talking to me but 3 people, soo... does that mean those 3 friends aren't freeloaders or just smart?

bro lol why did you buy them anything at all, now they expect you to buy them food and will start begging you way more now that they know you actually give in. And when you stop buying them anything THAT'S what will put you in a "bad spotlight", you dug yourself in a hole man

I dug myself a hole which I'm trying to get out, but I tried and still trying to act poor enough so they would stop. But I always get a 10$ allowance each day + my savings which is 40$ so.. 50$ in all.

Those 3 friends are probably freeloaders, tell them to **** off when that ask for money.

You're not a walking safety deposit so why should you spend your money on them when they probably won't return the favor.  

the trick is to make friends with ppl without them knowing that you're even close to being well off

you'll make true friends, not those who are only friends with you because they view you as useful/successful  

What grade are you in? Sounds like you're just dealing with a bunch of immature middle-schoolers.
