I'm looking for an answer from an admin (preferably one who knows what they're talking about). Since you don't seem to know for sure what you're talking about, you're just derailing the thread with your pointless posts.

I've been dealing with various connection issues for going on 2.5 months - as soon as I get one resolved another pops up. If you can't help me directly or you don't have a useful suggestion, go away.

My mistake. Edited original post to reflect me being ignorant. In that case, do me a favor? Forward my request for help on to Xor or FP4.

Xor should be able to do something if FP4 can't - Unixmad has already done his part in whitelisting my IP on the global anti-VPN system (hence why I can connect to literally every other server).

I tried to ask Carlito to help me out but he's unwilling or unable to make any decisions regarding iClassic according to his own words.

edit: Also, sorry if I'm starting to seem irritated. Seems to me like every global/high admin is telling me that every other global/high admin has to be the one to help me out. It's getting ridiculous.  

Yog, sorry, but you appear very clueless or as if you don't care enough to read what Relic actually posted before jumping to conclusions. He clearly stated in his post that the issues he was having with the VPN/IP-detection system implemented by unixmad has been fixed. You strike me as a very arrogant person because of it.

Relic, glad to see you sticking around man. When MD told you he can't help you with iClassic related stuff, he's telling the truth. "Globals" as we know them have 0 influence or powers over any of the iOS servers, or at the very least over iClassic & iEra.

My suggestion? Contact someone who can actually help you, like sending fp4 a PM here on Graalians. He should be able to help you with your iClassic specific issue now that you're not caught in the same system that held me from Graal for months as well ^^

I did send fp4 a PM, so hopefully he'll get back to me and/or see this thread. Thanks buddy, I didn't say it last time we were talkin, but nice to see you're still around.

And yeah, I wasn't sure about whether globals could do anything, since I'm more familiar with the old way, where they oversee ALL servers. Good info to have.

He hasn't been IP banned since his account would've also been banned with it. So either his IP is back in the blacklist, or it's something on his end, because as he said it works on other connections. Both are something that FP4 and Xor cannot control either way. The best thing to do is try to get a new IP address.

He doesn't have to like what I'm saying, but it's honestly the truth.

Except you can IP-ban accounts without banning the actual account. You're confusing an IP-ban with a computer ID ban, which would show in his ban history, whereas an IP-ban does not.

Right, but if there's an IP ban then submitting a ticket should be the first course of action, and if that doesn't do anything then there's obviously something wrong somewhere else.

I don't share your faith with the ticket system, tickets are ignored and unanswered or handled by incompetent people far too often... If everything else fails, I'd go straight to someone who has the power to help me, which fp4 should have.

Every single post you've made is either proving that you aren't reading my posts, or don't know how this stuff works... Can you just forward this to fp4 or Xor and stop wasting people's time please? It'd be much appreciated if me, Ziro and whoever else posts here doesn't have to teach you about the ban system on Graal or about networking in general before you finally just point this thread out to someone who might be able to help...

I'd address the concerns you're raising with me about things like submtting a support ticket, resetting my router, requesting a new IP from my ISP, etc but if I did I'd literally just be copy pasting the posts I've already made in this thread...

edit: fp4 pmed me back, copy+pasted his response to Xor via e-mail. Next stop, unixmad, if Xor can't help. I wonder if even he has any power over iClassic...  

I've been experiencing the same problem (only with iClassic) for the same amount of time now. I have not had any problems with the pc client or iEra/iZone. I tried logging onto iClassic through Facebook and my phone.
Just like you, relic, I can only get on when I'm somewhere other than my house.

I've been pretty patient with it, but iClassic and Unholy Nation are the two servers I really play and now that UN is gone, I don't really have anywhere to go which is starting to bother me.  

iClassic looks laggier than usual to me.
Can't baddy kill without enemies freezing.

I was able to access iClassic from my home network for a single day but I seem to now be getting an permanent, instant "You have been disconnected from the game server." message when connecting to iClassic from my home network only. I can connect to iClassic from all other networks.

Since I have had no infractions on my account whatsoever since I started playing in January 2015, I trust that no admins would have seen reason to restrict my IP address separately from the restriction that was accidentally placed via the anti-VPN system (and since resolved).

The exact same thing happened to me long before the new anti-vpn system was in place. Eventually, when my IP changed, it was fine, but I never found a fix or what was causing the disconnects (besides my home connection, I guess). No infractions, I was even staff before it happened.

Yogurt is right, though. If you were IP banned, it should give you a ban message when you logged in, not disconnect you. Not sure you can private message me your in-game ID here (you can't log in, after all) but the name of a guild you lead or one that you're in will suffice. From there, I will confirm that there aren't any issues with an IP ban, and try to investigate the issue further. I'm guessing you are in Bloodvayne, but I just want to make sure.
