Yeah, randomized weather effects would be awesome.
And let's hope the bug prices are lowered to make way for an additional 'job' that the bugs may be useful in...

Only if the effects are purely cosmetic. If there are some features added that make use of the weather effects, logically you shouldn't be able to disable it.
