Good list, but it made me cringe when Thallen listed himself as a god.  

What I've been using for at least a year and a half. It's limited my movement by a lot. Keys jam, and I swing where I don't want to. Another thing is that I can only use arrow keys, which I'm still not used to. Gotta do with what you got though (:

If I had something like this though, any chiclet style keyboard (laptop keys). I'd be deadly and precise. I'd be able to turn like crazy. All that crazy movement that I used to be able to do is not possible with the other keyboard.

I've felt like buying this type of keyboard, but "for graal" just doesn't seem like a good investment.

Anyways guys, don't worry too much about a tier list. Like every one of them it's all based off of 1-3 people's opinions. Everyone's list would be different.
None of them are 100% accurate. Will never know who the best really are, until they make official rankings (Which will most likely never happen)  

These opinions are based on the person who has probably the most experience with sparring out of anybody in the entirety of graal. I think it's pretty accurate. At least God, Master and Diamond tier are. Opinions may differ around plat/gold/silver/bronze but at the top it's almost indisputable.

to clarify: yes, every single tier list that has ever existed has some inherent bias. But the top 3 tiers always have the same 15 people in them (no matter who makes the list) for a reason.  

Diamond and above are pretty even in terms of skill from what I've seen. I can't really say that a certain individual is better than another. Sometimes you destroy someone, other times they destroy you, most of the time it's very close matches.

That being said, it's all just opinions. The only person I have a tough time against is thallen. Everyone else, I wouldn't say they are better. Really though, once it comes down to it, everyone is pretty even, and can go 50/50 when they spar each other enough.

In the higher levels you can say this about a lot of people (example I see Relic rek a lot of people in plat but he is ranked in silver) but to be honest there are only like 2-3 people (imo) that stand out from the others in terms of pure skill. These lists will always always be opinion based but I feel a good percentage of people will agree on the top 5 sparrers.

I myself can point out a good handful of people in diamond I don't often struggle with but I know a couple in plat that I do struggle. Sparring at a high level is also ultimately about match up and style. People struggle vs different styles but ultimately the consistency is what gets recognized at the end of the day.

There will never be 1 list that ultimately decides the skill of all sparrers but this list atleast gets somewhat close to it.

Pretty much just this, which is why most of them are pretty even.
A rock, paper, scissors of sorts.  

Definitely the best tier list I've seen. Woo for master and diamond Hopefully I can improve my GS skills and tier up soon!

It sounds bad by name, but honestly if you look at the people in that tier they aren't trash sparrers are anything... Bronze is closer to average than it is bad because no truly "bad" sparrers spar, I never see active 1:3 ratio sparrers for example (but I'm always in the streak room).

i just saw gs tier list LOL wth @ bronze tier.

That wasn't meant to be a diss or anything, those 2 are literally just the only Bronze-level GSers that came to my mind... I've asked for some help on thinking of more and couldn't come up with any, I'll have to watch more GST recordings or check out the random GS room more often.

Clops, Sean, vEagle, Ruke, and Kouji can probably be moved down to inactive. I kinda just added whoever came to mind in the early stages of this list so that I had actual content... When I feel like the list is 100% accurate in terms of ranks and activity, I'll move it to revision 2.0.

I think Fulgore, Kamikaze, and Crono spar at least a few times a month... I've been seeing Yami every other day though
I'll also use a different standard of "activity" for the GS list... If someone participates in a GST, I'll consider them active (considering GSing really only happens for 2-3 weeks out of the season)

If anyone can think of any sparrers that I haven't added then post them if you want, preferably at least 5 at a time or you'll bump this thread too much. I probably won't rank them immediately unless I'm familiar with how they spar though.

Why do you always comment about me when you don't see me sparring like 99% of the time?
You aren't good at spar (anymore??) and you keep talking about it, you don't deserve a platinum at all imo.

because it sucks that the person setting spar records on graal is a laggy fraud that would flop without it. why even respond though? you always go on about how you don't care.
