I really would want to see more diversity in the class system. Just imagine how unique Zone would be with it's class system. Instead of the usual +1 damage, more speed, etc..how about unique traits for each class. Since Stefan is not in charge no more, the class system is free to improve. That's one of the things I'm hoping to see for an improved Zone.

I agree. Tash wanted to do that too, but Stefan wouldn't let him.

I agree with the last statement he said about how only new players, basers, and the pr0s will find it fun. for the mediocore old player... well it's just connections holding them on(then again that can be said about Classic too).

I have always said the the old map with 4 skybases was the best. Nobody asked for that change. Nobody. Even with that stupid vote that got rid of skybases in favor of more Gem like bases, I don't think those people wanted a new map. It was Tash's fault that he changed it. Then it was his fault by improving on it instead of just owning up to the mistake and going back.

Notice my phrasing, however. I did say improving. RN the map is diabetes. It's not cancer... anymore.

I believe that Chelt is doing fine. He sees that things need to be changed to fix aspects of the game and isn't going to wimp out about making those changes in the risk of failure(ahem ahem... no names, but im definitely not talking about the managers before him and after tash... ahem ahem). Like this VIP. It needs to be nerfed. But I think it's great the management put this out. shows real desire for change and progress.

This new tileset thing and this map thing wont be as good as the 2013 map. It just wont. Theres a reason why 2013 had the best player count on the steady. It will improve though and hopefully it will improve enough so that we finally beat our player count curse.

Just saying but after I left the position on era, I moved back to classic. I was banned. Chose Zone over era. Why? It was getting the most updates back then. I miss that Zone. Like at one point I swear we had like 15 ZPs. We should have 15 devs, not ZPs.

Zone isn't dying. Just look at the player count. Its steady at a higher number. Summer effect? Sure. But it's not dying. Not yet.











Zone will be back in business if you add back in game forums, skybases, essentially the old map with fixes for lore, maybe a few more missions so theyre worth doing again, maybe even a new class... speaking of which, what happened to Tash's new class system?... maybe let the server buy off like 100000Kzc to fix the economy... idk. Slow but steaaaaaady.

Zone will die if Sangue doesn't base, that's a fact.

Also, how come Gunderak was made Dev-admin instead of Silver? Silver has put in a lot more work than Gunderak for Zone...not entirely fair to silver but again it's chelt's decscion and needs to be respected.
