Ghosts aren't giving me the candy most of the times even though it does dissapear from their bodies.

That's what I figured, but I had to make sure I wasn't doing something wrong.

I think it might be that green flame area at DW?.. since that's currently the only halloween themed area that isn't available to us atm. The door definitely looks like it could be open any day now, with all of those fumes coming out.  

The npcs are gone?

I saw someone named Dusty swimming on the roof to the right of that.
Who knows though, he was gone before I could click on him so could have been a random person with the same nickname

The npcs are gone?

Yeah seems like you can only use the npcs like 5 times or so before they don't show up anymore unless someone turned them off for everyone
Edit: Fixed now, they spawn again  

Why do the npc people who give out free candy say "you don't look like a trick-or-treater"? do I have to buy one of the costumes to get the "free" candy..

Did you buy a bowl at onnet?  

How come we aren't allowed to wear halloween hats from previous years to get candy from the NPCs? Seems like all it wanted us to do was just wear a costume but it wouldn't accept any of the other halloween style hats I had unless if I wore the ones from the current Taylor Richaards shop.

You can use any of the previous years Taylor Richaards costumes as well as any costumes the trick or treaters wear. (and also costumes that are for sale at TR now obv.)

The hats from last years Taylor Richaards shop work too, otherwise you can't do the npc parts  

Expensive hats, have to buy hat to do quest thing, smart. I see ya
