The reason I asked is because there's a brewery in the main warehouse of Babord that produces beer inside of it. The place inside of Chris Kill'em's house is just a bar. Here I was thinking Babord had been secretly released and I wasn't aware

Wishful thinking my friend. But the babord destillery could be moved to somewhere on the map and have that be the destillery to get the root beer from.

I like this idea, but seeing as its just running around to different pubs you'll probably be only seeing a small amount of gralats as your pay.

Gralats should be dependent on how far you have to go or something. Make one bar that's willing to give you a ton of gralats if you get it too.
