Ok so there is no rule against iFiling but a few months ago one of my friends iFiled someone called Star (Nightowls) and I decided to upload it for jokes and I like being idiotic, how come it was refunded from me?

This does not happen to anyone else? Plenty of people I know get there heads stolen and their heads clearly have watermarks on them and ask everyone about the situation and ask around and nothing is done.

The only gaurantee got your head to be exclusively to you is either to be a admin, or suck up to one and get them to refund you, because this is the sort of hierarchy iClassic has.

in MS2(MapleStory2), people can steal your file, but as soon as you upload that and publish to the ugc(user graphic creation) and caught, you'll be perm banned from ugc.

but the thing about graal, most people's head are variant of couple basic heads that's been out for years. how are you gonna punish them? (prob best for graal to claim them as neutral heads for edits) unless it's a unique thing like zedfox's head, otherwise it'd be hard to claim it yours.





you should track back his graal id by ifile and contact jarace though.
btw i thought any animal ears weren't allowed in heads.



someone posted this years ago, the problem is (anything not downloaded would) takes 3 min to login, another minutes to download gfx near-by, another minutes to load when opening a shop interface. it's just continuous time consumption, which is what graal wants to avoid. we load graal under 10 seconds, you can't beat that.

Is MS2 decent? Looks fun on short verses.

Also, yes, taking someone elses pixel art is wrong and should have justice slapped onto the crooks. Should try and do what others suggest and see if it helps.

No, Graal is the best. GMS2 (NA/EU/SA) is already ****ing up too much.
But im speaking based on Korean MS2. KMS2 was decent but dead playerbase  

This is getting ridiculous I found another 1 wearing one of the personal heads I made , I have my ideas I wont bother my self typing them cause Ik it will never be heard. It will be too late if someone comes up n make a program that uploads all Graal heads n get refreshed every second. Which I clearly know someone that is working on it rip gfx . I am just so done.

Solution:
1. Get hired as gfx staff
2. Convince management to make you the Custom Upload Admin, so you can spend your time investigating gfx theft cases or copyright infringement violation

Actually it's written on one of the graal sites that when you upload graphics that you give up your rights to it. I forget where it is, but you don't have copyright if you've uploaded it into the game.

Even if you did somehow have copyright it’s completely irrelevant to the topic of players using other peoples uploads

By uploading something you give permission for Graal Online/Toonslab to use your asset on their platform.
Even if a thousand other players use your asset it’s still considered as usage by Graal Online/Toonslab since it’s still on their platform.

The only time it’s actually copyright infringement is if someone takes an upload from graal and uses it somewhere else but it’s up to the copyright holder to stand their ground and protect their rights in such cases  

Which would be toonslab, if they chose to pursue it
