You could just enable friends only, Wont ever have to block again, That's what i do. Also have public chat to friends

I know how you feel. It's possible, but I don't think it would stop people who are determined to make new accounts even if the tutorial was required. I don't think a required tutorial is likely either, since it falls in to the category of things that might discourage new players from playing the game.

How would a tutorial discourage players? The one we have right now is extremely annoying by itself since it spams messages. I would definitely see what you mean if the tutorial is super long ( The amount of times i just ditched a game because the tutorial was so ungodly long happens too many times lmao)

You could always charge people money to play the game then there would be no one making 100,000 accounts because they would have to pay 99 cents or something for every one!
