Figured it out. Apparently our gift logs went back further than I anticipated so I was erroneously counting gifts given prior to Dec 2018. I confirmed everyone who PM'd was in the second wave of restores including a 1000 others so that should be the end of this issue. |

Will the christmas gifts ever get changed back to 10 gifts? I believe it's still currently stuck at 4 due to the ongoing lag/glitch issue during the whole event. Would like to atleast be able to gift some friends w/ 10 rather than 4 since I didn't have time during the event to really gift except for the first & last day lol..
