like rufus said, it doesnt need to be the same as earth.

also the day/time would make it so many things could be done with time based things, and with a three cycle per 24 hour system no matter what timezone it will still be fair,

as for making sense, the light dims when you walk near deadwood... so yea graals sense of light and darkness is messed up anyway XD

Terrible idea. It would be inconsistent with other players and would ruin the feel of the server.

as rufus said, its a three cycle per day thing, not time zone would be negativly affected it would be the same, and as you can see from the screenshot im saying unless your in deadwood you would be able to see easily at night, just like you can see in dark rooms in graal like the cursed forest, text isnt affected.

it would be its own timezone, seeing as days would go 3 times as fast as here on earth,

scientifically this could be explained if graal theoretically took place on a planet spinning on its axis 3 times the speed of earth.

If it happens should let it so people who play on pc could see this effect.There's a lot of things people on pc can't see.(Fireworks,Dark Caves etc.)

Im pretty sure PC players can't see that for a reason and its not cause staff dislike PC players, but that is actually the one real problem with this...

I'm just thinking of the lag.. My 2gen ipod already lags when walking through a crowd of 4 or more lol D: But i still like idea but maybe if done have an options to keep disabled.

you lag entering rooms that is darker? like deadwood or dark inside levels create lag for you? anyway, lag is something that stefan cant (wont) fix. im sure there is a way to help, but as for now all youll get is unhelpful trolls telling you to buy a new ipod.

Rendering large areas of opacity can be stressful on GPUs. However yes, it does seem like Stefan is moving past the limitations of the older hardware as they are indeed very limiting.

However, if this is not something that effects gameplay(I'm not talking about TIME. I'm talking about effecting the players actual VISION) then I question if it should be able to be enabled or disabled by users. Could users brighten their screens to the point that they can counteract the negative effects of night(might it easier to see)? If so, then why not just let them disable it anyways?
