In my mind, it isn't a violation, I see tons of people with 'ninja masks', glasses, bandannas, flowers and headbands.

Well in their rules it isn't. The annoying thing about these rules is the upload staff are supposed to memorize them and know which heads are not allowed on the game and they get uploaded anyways. Then they end up refunding the players head and the player gets pissed and a thread is created like this one.  

Honestly it depends who uploads it more than what it is. The no hats on heads rule was to stop people putting hats from the game or anything on the head. It also depends on the file name. Make a metal helmet head, call it robohead or something, it gets uploaded. Call it something to do with helmets, doesn't get uploaded.

Honestly, glasses? Not a hat. I understand with like huge goggles or big sunglasses, but glasses not being allowed?

Here's what ive heard. When you are uploading something, wait for julius and flo to get offline, they seem to be the worst uploaders. I had to bloody fight with them, get XOR to tell them it's okay, then get xor himself to waste his time uploading it for me.

Some rules with the uploading are just stupid and never applied when we had the old system. I still think shields and swords need to be free again.  

Lol funny thing is alot of default heads have glasses on them...You deserve the head or a FULL refund these rules (all but copyright) are so stupid.  

Honestly I think they should allow anything that doesn't go on top of your head.

Last time I checked hats didn't cover your face or shoulders. They should rethink the rules. They would probably get more business by just changing the rules to be less strict.

People already do that, but instead edit a mask such as anbu masks. I see those all over Graal. Heads cost more than almost all the hats anyways.

Honestly it depends who uploads it more than what it is.

That's the whole ****ing problem, the rules are just an opinion set by the uploader. When uploaders do their job there should be no opinion involved just rules laid out.  

heres a little way to cheat the rules, make your character a robot and you can get away with having something that looks like a helmet, just name it robot or something,

I think for the price it should be able to have whatever the person wants on it... apart from copyright kind of stuff but you never know maybe more would buy custom heads if they could put whatever they like on it hats/glasses etc.

flowers n headbands shouldnt be that big of a deal. i would even consider a mustache and glasses part of a head. i dont even think the tiny ball caps should be a big deal. a head template cant hold a large actual HAT. so unless it has a full-faced mask, SUCK IT UP @ uploaders! were the ones payin' 20000 gralats for this crap

Well it is their fault for uploading, but also yours for submitting it again knowing it's a violation. I don't think staff should have violated rule heads either, but maybe they make an exception for them. I know a certain staff with a flashy head with sunglasses and a beanie cap. As for the refunding they should just give the full amount back if the staff is refunding it.

Staff should never be an exeption to a rule like that.

Serriously. The rules need to be changed on what is considered a hat. Ive had over 4 heads refunded just over a mustach and one because the black eye looked like a monocle.

Unless its available in a shop i should be able to upload it

Mustaches. Yes
Glasses. No

It was mentioned in the head rules that SunGlasses aren't allowed. Anything related to that would probably get removed aswell

The only thing i probably agree with you on is the fact that we should have the right to add minor things onto our heads for 20k. I would say glasses aswell but the Sunglasses rule is what stricts me from agreeing with it. Same for the mask/headband rule
