I definitely think that we should have more bilingual staff, not just french or Spanish. Graal should be capable of supporting all people. And while they are at it they need to add a language option.

PS: helping people is not a job, it's more like to get reward from a hobby.

In my opinion they should not hire specific PR's,that are like "French PR" or "Spanish PR" like alf. Actually they should hire staff that can do a multilingual job as PR,its hard to find people that speak for example:german, french, english, portuguese, spanish but I do lol.(Portuguese can't write that good and Spanish is cool) But for my part I speak German, english and french fluently.(Speak french at home, german at school and I love english). I don't want to be hired as a PR. This is just to show what some PR's should be able to offer. FYI;I speak german, french, english, luxembourgish fluently. And speak portuguese and spanish(my writing is horrible). |

True, multi-languages PR's are better if someone needs help with a log. FYI: I speak : Arabic(I'm Lebanese),French(fluent),English(a bit fluent),german(basics),Brazilian/portuguese(basics),Noobish(fluent) |

i agree with magnus. my friend (engel) knows multiple languages too. i know some myself (german, dutch, english, and some basic french). i dont want to be a PR either, but i totally agree that PRs should be able to speak multiple languages and correct grammar.

Being a pr is a job because if their weren't prs and people were asking developers, the lat team, gfx team, and sfx team then they wouldn't be able to get anything done from all the spam.

But yeah...I've been told awhile ago that they 'don't really care' about how many languages you speak fluently or not, you're cool as soon as you can express yourself in english, which I find shouldn't really be so.Theres MANY people that speak english and have everything it takes to be a PR,but then again that's just a small detail that can make a big difference.., |

I used to want to be a PR,but to be honest I was just a noob with big dreams, but I figured out being a PR is quite more boring than it looks.Plus most Staff suck at graal xP So It's better off being a player. Anyways,I can speak English,Japanese, and Spanish. |

When I was admin there were quite a few foreign language speakers but I just used google translate... Sure, it was a tad bit slow between messages, but it did work fine.
