I agree with Emera. Look into how they might have hacked in, and once you have found that out, find a way to resolve the problem so this doesn't happen in the future.

The Problem is: it is very easy on the iServers to make a new account within seconds. There are also a few other problems which we can't handle on the iServers (not sure if I'm allowed to give any further information) which can be done on the PC servers.

How about make server flags where certain people can login to the server. Get everyone's PC ids and let everyone onto the server that way, and disclude this person. Somehow, make it so that when someone makes a new account, its automatically added. Then, you can take out someone's account if you want to.
