I figured out that it is not a definite 4x 5x thing. It depends on how much rep the person already has. I made a noob account just to test and I repped it and it gave it 12, however if someone already has a decent amount of rep it only gives 3 or 2  

I had that a long time ago, using #i(name,h,l,x,y) and many // I got calli helping me with mine <3 if you want to see it pm me.

#L : Level Name
#b : big space // jump to another line  

I got 4 from Chaotic and another 4 from MattKan. It's definitely because users with 2 bars are worth more. Or maybe its not just the two bars, but a number-line type thing. iHot's rep gave me 2, and he doesn't have 2 bars.

I think everyone now gets 10 to start out with.  

Yeah, that's what I put in my post before I deleted it.  

I have 81 rep. If I repped someone, how many would they get?
