Deadmau5- Legend of Zelda remixed (Youtube channel) Deadmau5 has more variety, nice melody, easy to listen to when typing a report or on a school/library computer. Skrillex sounds like metal, with yelling, loud, obnoxious music, and random noises thrown together. If I put the song w/out the vocals and make it softer, then I can enjoy it better. |

You can't compare the two. deadmau5 picked up Skrillex and took him under his wing. Skrillex broke through popularity through mau5trap, which is deadmau5's record label. deadmau5 is an electro/prog house artist whereas skrillex used to do glitch house and now does dubstep. Both are amazing artists but Skrillex has the most annoying brostep fans I've ever seen. |
