what if a player die, then revive in split second and kills u and then server calls it a tie. lololol

that was already possible even before they made this change, you're supposed to immediately get warped out when you die so it's the server's fault in any situation
it's kinda stupid that some changes are bottlenecked by always having to worry about "BUT THE SERVER MIGHT LAG" but that's Graal 2015

fp4 can probably fix that issue as well, it's just a matter of it being brought to his attention
