How many complaints do we have to make before 'Mr Chimp's house is deleted?

Those cool password treehouses went before some gems like 'chris killem's mansion' and 'Dozer's house.'

Or is there just a randomizer that determines which ancient staff houses get the boot to make way for new stuff Come to think of it, this might explain snow and york towers XD
