Not possible as far as I know.

I do know that to develop for 3DS etc, you need to become a licensed nintendo developer. You can find an application on their site I think.

Your best bet is probably learning C or C++ and trying to develop in unity

yeah, i have all the tools required to develop for 3DS, but idk how. the first thing I want to create as a test is one of those RPG games flooding the indie eShop market right now and learn how to use these tools as i create them.

but oh well, i will try to learn C/C++  

i found Quasi's ABS for MV, but it sucks. ABS itself was okay, but movement collision sucks. hudell's movement plug in was much better.

It is never impossible, but it is time consuming.

RPG Maker MX turns game into JavaScript (correct if I am wrong), you can change the code manually, write a C/C++ code that runs JavaScript or simply buy RPG Maker DS Ressource Pack for VX Ace (http://www.rpgmakerweb.com/a/pixel/ds-resource-pack).

Zenonia imported their games from RPG Maker to Unity, there was another known mobile game but I forgot the name of that RPG.
