Ok so when your trying to contact and admin they email me at blahblahblah. I email them no one answers i repeaditly spend messages if i dint get a reply in the week. So I try to contact in game (messaged player logged out). I mean wtf is that suppose to mean their still online thats bs. Your A PLAYER RELATIONS admin and you dont help or answer anybody I pm you glitches you dont reply I feedback them they still dont get fixed.Ik theres only a matter of things you can do but seriously not 1 thing anyone asks for except all the pros that got famous on era, somebody need to step up to the plate prs are for the the people and you dont do any other **** but you wont help us tell me what you think about this post below.

People use to spam me with doll please, grab my picture, etc as well as player complaints and **** EVEN THOUGH I was a developer and NOT a PR.
As a PR it's hard to sort through the pms you get and can you really blame them for it when you get assholes spamming you up to 10 times asking for a doll!?

You should settle down and just learn not to care.

There's not many prs online anymore...
There should be some kind of list to see all staff members that are online, so people can know who to ask for help. And by online I mean not busy working and has time to respond to pms.
The whole "the messages player logged out" thing and the lack of responses gets pretty annoying sometimes.

I dont only pm prs I pm, snk,auron,hw,dan(sometimes answers),alfonso(never answers), flo, lavaclaw(pretty responsive) and some others  

I tend to respond and try to help but I've been rather inactive lately due to school :s. I should be able to have more time soon.

I recommended this (Not website based however, more of a in-game ticket system) they didn't seem to keen :3

Also, as said above - if it says we're online, and you get the player is logged out, we're on RC and we don't get in-game pms on there unless through some weird special means, but then all on RC can see them :p

I'm 50/50 in regards to disabling love bombs.. their healing isn't THAT quick I didn't think?

Not too keen on the trouble it will take to develop it or not too keen on keeping staff focused on checking the tickets regularly?  

the email [email protected] should be looked at more often in my opinion... Usualy when i email them they answer 1 week later but sometime it's too late.

I think just the idea of it in general, seems they feel feedback and reports is enough  

Oh yeah, I forgot, NCJohn is also very helpful.  

people like ncj are a great example on what a true, hardworking pr is. hearts has not contributed to her job as of yet. Why should she be hired? She should do her job, by actually helping players instead of sending death threats  

the thing is: if we would add a ticket system, you guys would just spam it with doll/statue requests. but ill try to note that into my list for several things

I find it's easier asking for help from fellow players, rather than staff. I know you're trying to do your job, but I very rarely get a response when I ask for one. This is down to two reasons.
1. Hardly any staff are on at the time I'm stuck. (In which case, I no longer need help, since I asked a player).
2. They never answer, mostly caused by the assholes spamming them for a frickin doll.
