I am trying to change that  

From a far perspective, caring = failure. Or at least that's how it seems. I don't feel that way. I'm also one of those people who care about their members. Sadly, the ones who care have a harder time expanding their gang.

That's what they did to meh, they said " base name here or ur kicked !!! " Then wehn I'm there and helping them tale the base back they magically kicked me when I'm off , I just feel like banning em.

Kicked for space I assume. It is a basing technique that allows gangs to gain good score all day long. It's not using and abusing just because people get kicked from 1 gang. If they are good enough they get a sub gang and can rejoin the main gang at another point.
