Make Graal City PK again and everyone will disperse in a matter of minutes

If graal city was PK again that would be good, I guess but then if that happened towers wouldn't be used :,(  

Well I dont think Pk in Graal City would be such a good idea because people would start to crowd burger refuge again and a massive battle might be started infront of it like on the bridge :/
