My first console was probably the original XBOX and the Gameboy advance SP.

Hmm, this is a weird one. I grew up in my Grandparents house, and my Grandfather always bought techy stuff. So technically we had an Atari in the house(though I never played with it). We also had a Commodore 64 that I did play with a bit. We had a few games on it I played, but I really didn't do so that often -- it wasn't exactly a console that you just turned on and started playing. So he also had the NES. He rarely played it, so me and my sister were normally the ones playing games on it. I suppose that would be my first console, but again my Grandfather owned it and most of the games(so it's still sitting at his house). So the first console I owned was a Sega Genesis that my sister and I got for Christmas. I swore I packed it when I moved but it's currently missing

Hope you find it dusty. That would be a sad thing to lose.

That was nearly 10 years ago when I moved. I have looked all over my grandparents house and it is certainly not in my apartment. I don't think I'll ever find it :/ It's a broken game though. I mean like many games it was great for its time. But it had stiff, horrible controls and infuriatingly punishing gameplay. Great if you enjoy a challenge with all odds against you or are wearing a pair of nostalgia glasses, otherwise it's not a game I like to revisit. ****ing Medusa heads. And I'm not biased or anything I put the first Zelda in the same category. It was revolutionary back then, but I don't play it too often these days. The controls didn't age well, and it's frustrating in later levels when they expect precision movement to kill baddies(Darknuts. The ****ing Darknuts) and provide you with inprecise, stiff controls.
