I think daggers besides shadow or clover are better melees. Swords are just too slow. But swords tend to do more damage.

I think Golden Knuckles are the coolest because they are very fast and are f*cking brass knuckles, only gold. But I use Ice Sword because of long reach, knockback, and decent damage. |

Neo bayonet is the best melee against npcs since it still does 9 damage on them Best melee is saber, 9 damage, as fast as a hunter knife with the range of a katana, its range may even be higher from what ive seen |
