techno is one of those genres that's just incredibly confusing. it both spawned and influenced many different genres...so much that people don't really know what techno is. ****, even my line on what a techno song is supposed to be like is blurred (blame the whole eurodance fad). cant really find legit techno too appealing though. much prefer trance and even tech-house over it. all a matter of preference though, and ya i like discussin music with people. most morons are like LOL ITS JUST MUSIC CALM DOWN and its like wat...*** off homo. |

Yeah I'm more into the subgenres. Chiptune, 8-bit, Trance, Rave, Electronica and Nightcore

i think techhouse sounds pretty neat sometimes too, a bit unique for its genre. trance is like...on a whole different level nowadays, although the trance fad (vocal trance in particular jesus) died off in favor of electro/prog house. dubstep influenced electro-house (like really, imagine the typical cookie-cutter skrillex song but on every other electro-house tune) is the new thing though. they go as far as to even have a dubstep "breakdown" 2/3's of the way through the song. |
